Every Thrive Clinicians is a member of the relevant governing body to their role - this encompasses an annual declaration process.

Every Thrive Clinician completes regular CPD and has attended an accredited ADHD Assessment and Treatment course.

Lisa Cleevely

Clinical Director

Consultant Mental Health Nurse / Independent Prescriber

As well as setting up Thrive Psychiatry in 2025, Lisa is the Clinical Lead of a large NHS Mental Health Service. She has 15 years of experience delivering mental health services across NHS and Private sectors, specialising in support for individuals with Autism, Intellectual disabilites and Complex Mental Health needs. Lisa holds a degree in Mental Health Nursing, a Masters in Psychology and is a registered Independent Prescriber - enabling her to independently diagnose, support and prescribe. Lisa also has qualifications in DBT, ACT, PBS, ARFID and OCD. Lisa speaks passionately about access to diagnostic and treatment pathways for individuals who are Neurodiverse.
