Our Services
We offer a warm, specialist service for both children and adults, supporting a wide range of needs. Our approach brings together diagnostic assessments (including Autism and ADHD), therapy (such as music therapy), neurodiversity coaching, and medication where appropriate for ADHD and/or mental health conditions like anxiety, low mood, depression, OCD.
Everything we do is centered around a genuinely holistic, multidisciplinary approach, making sure support is tailored to each individual.
If you’re not quite sure what support you or your child might need, you can book a screening assessment for a comprehensive review with one of our clinicians. This gives us the chance to explore things together, screen for a range of mental health conditions, ADHD and Autism, and talk through the most helpful next steps. Further assessments can then be arranged if needed.
We aim to make accessing support as flexible as possible. Adults can choose between virtual or face-to-face appointments at our Luton, Bedfordshire clinic (with initial medication assessments taking place in person). For children, screening, mental health, medication and ADHD assessments are carried out face-to-face, with follow-up appointments available either online or in person.

Screening assessment

A great place to start if you are unsure of your/your child's Mental Health / Neurodiversity needs. Will screen for Autism / ADHD / Mental Health.
ADHD Assessment

Includes the interpretation of clinical screening questionnaires which are sent to you in advance, a clinical interview and a full recognised report.
Autism Assessment

Includes the interpretation of clinical screening questionnaires which are sent to you in advance, a clinical interview (ADIR), Observation (ADOS), review meeting, and a full recognised report.
Combined ADHD and Autism Assessment (adult & child)

Initial Mental Health

For those who have been assessed by Thrive and where medication has been identified as a suitable treatment pathway. Or if you have been assessed by another service and want Thrive to prescribe.

Follow up ADHD reviews and medication reviews. Initially following the start of medication, these are normally required fortnightly, then monthly. This may vary.
